BowlsHub NZ Aotearoa

As part of its BOWLSHUB  system, Bowls NZ has launched Bowls+ which is a new on-line registration and ranking system designed to track performances and award ranking points based on results recorded in BowlsHub, be it at the National, Centre or Club level. Raumati Bowling Club is excited to see how this system evolves and the opportunities it presents for our players.

How does Bowls+ work?
Bowls+ collects match data from BowlsHub and assigns ranking points to players based on their results.

While the Raumati Bowling Club is not currently collecting this data at a club level, the Kapiti Bowling Centre is, meaning that when players enter Centre events they must have a BowlsHub registration number.

Some players will be eager to earn ranking points, which can be awarded for any level of competition, provided results are recorded in BowlsHub.  Therefore, if you wish to enter Bowls NZ or Kapiti Centre events you must register in BowlsHub by selecting the appropriate Sign Up Link to obtain a unique BowlsHub registration number.  It is important to note that all members of a team are required to have a BowlsHub registration number otherwise none of the members of the team will have their results recorded in BowlsHub and no ranking points will be accumulated in Bowls+.

You will find that the process to register (and to enter National tournaments) is not difficult.  Bowls NZ have tried to make it as easy as possible. Refer to the Sign Up Guide.

The first time you go in to BOWLSHUB, you will need to complete all the details required for your personal profile (name, address, email, mobile phone, bowling club, etc).  You will then be given a registration number which will become your unique bowls registration number for life.

For those of you for whom computers are still a ‘challenge’, and aren’t able to register in Bowls Hub yourselves, you could get someone else, to help you, perhaps another club member, or one of your grandkids.
