Audrey Stevenson played superbly at the recent Summerset National Champion of Champion Singles in Hastings and emerged with a bronze medal.

Two wonderful days featuring 28 teams, some high class bowls and a nail biting final, plus great food and company. On the final end, Duncan drew the shot with the final bowl of the tournament to grab the title. It was a worthy final for a terrific event.
The prestigious ‘Club Member of the Year’ for the 2021-22 season was awarded to Rob Nicholson.
Like many members, Rob is always available to assist in the running of the club.
Congratulations to Lisa White on winning the Mixed Pairs title at the Summerset Nationals in Alexandra.. She won with Dean Gilshnan of Takaro.While also a member of Naenae, Lisa wore her Raumati BC cap in the televised final.
Miserable weather kept away all but the most determined club members on the Opening Day of the 2020-21 season. Still, over 40 people turned up for a brief message from President John, the raising of the flag and the first bowl indicating the season has started.
