Mens Championship Pairs Winners

Dennis Hawkings and John Osborne

This season’s men’s pairs final was a gripping match. Winners for the last two season, Bill Ward and Ted Marshall had played exceptionally well throughout and were in top form. However, in the final the tenacious Dennis Hawkings and John Osborne proved too good and won 18-14. For John, who has just joined the club, it is his first title.
