Community groups, families and businesses have taken full advantage of the club’s facilities in the lead up to Christmas. The sound of laughter and the occasional “Ho Ho Ho” has resonated around the greens and in the clubrooms as people of all ages have played bowls, cooked on the BBQ and worked our bar volunteers ragged.
The Raumati Bowling Club is available for hire and Pat Taylor will ensure you have an enjoyable time.
The Junior Women’s Singles, which was unfortunately played in windy conditions. First year player, Sue Veart, seemed to struggle in the early ends but then fought back to put pressure on Kathy Edney- Meechen (also a first year player) before Kathy scored the win.
